On February 16, Consul General Chen Haiping attended the opening ceremony of the Thai-Chinese Language and Culture Contest held by Maehongson Provincial Administrative Organization. Mr. Chettha Mosikrat, Governor of Maehongson, Mr. Akaradej Wanchaithanawong, Chief Executive of the Maehongson Provincial Administrative Organization as well as teachers and students from local schools attended the ceremony.
