On January 18, Consul General Chen Haiping attended the new-year tea conversation held by the Thai-Chinese associations in Chiang Mai, and presented gifts to leaders of overseas Chinese associations including Mr. Phisit Jintaviwat, Chairman of the Thai Chinese Business Association of Chiang Mai as well as heads and representatives of Thai-Chinese associations in Chiang Mai.
