On January 16, Consul General Chen Haiping visited Chinese-funded enterprises including the Confucius Institute at Chiang Mai University, Bank of China, Chiang Mai Branch, Chinese Visa Application Service Center, and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Chiang Mai Branch.
